3. Booking and Payment Terms
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you are offering to purchase a service. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Deposits and Payments
- Workshop bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your place
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the workshop date
- Private chef experiences require full payment 14 days in advance
- Corporate bookings may have different payment terms as agreed
Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by You
- More than 14 days before: Full refund
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund or option to reschedule
- Less than 7 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date. We will not be liable for any other costs you may have incurred.
Non-Attendance
If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
5. Workshop and Service Terms
Health and Safety
You must follow all health and safety instructions provided by our instructors. We reserve the right to exclude anyone whose behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before attending a workshop or booking a private chef service. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from all allergens.
Age Requirements
Participants must be 16 years or older for standard workshops. Younger participants may attend with a supervising adult by prior arrangement.
Photography and Filming
We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Agile Crater or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission. Recipes and techniques taught in our workshops are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without our consent.

- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable but transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
